Role Purpose:

The Head of Intelligence Tower is responsible for leading the intelligence function within Diego. This role involves overseeing data management, data capability, insights generation, costumer performance analysis, opportunities mapping to enable a faster and stronger decision making. The Head of Intelligence Tower ensures the company leverages data to drive growth, optimize operations, and improve competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Partner in IBP/S&OP process, leading Demand/Sales Planning, ensuring the consensus between commercial teams, including Stock in Trade healthiness
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Data Management with local a global key partners
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover insights from data
  • Measure performance vs defined execution standards
  • Embed a sell-out culture rooted in having strong performance management
  • Enable instore execution analysis and opportunities mapping
  • Ensure robust execution platforms&tools&processes supported by technology
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, data experts
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the use of data and analytics in decision-making
  • Transform complex data sets into actionable insights that drive business strategy and performance
  • Partner with commercial, sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to support their data needs
  • Collaborate with regional&global teams, external partners and vendors to improve data capabilities and insights.
  • Ensure the Intelligence Tower's activities align with overall business goals and deliver measurable value


Key Capabilities and Skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and handle a diverse team.
  • Confirmed experience in setting strategic direction and implementing plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for key partner management and team collaboration
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
  • Expertise in using data management and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely to various audiences.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or market research, with significant experience in the consumer goods industry.
