At Enode our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. A fully renewable energy system is dependent on flexible demand that can adapt to the intermittent supply from wind and solar. To create this flexibility we need to connect to and control the fast-growing demand coming from electric vehicles heat pumps and other energy hardware. This is what we’re doing at Enode. Our APIs power the next generation of green energy apps with our customers representing over 250 million consumers worldwide. About the role
We are looking for a Head of Scaled Services to lead our work on helping existing customers in the start-up scale-up and mid-market segment build amazing products with Enode.
Enode serves a broad range of customers from many of the largest energy companies in the world to some of the most exciting start-ups in the industry. We are dedicated to providing a world-class customer success journey to both segments.
As the Head of Scaled Services your job will be to find out what it taks to succeed within the Scaled segment and execute on that - from defining the customer journey making use of technology building a team and engaging other stakeholders within the company (Sales & Marketing Product etc.)
Enode is a start-up. Joining our company at this stage implies pulling up your sleeves and building the ground work for our aspiration to become a globally leading climate tech company.
The role reports to our Chief Customer Officer and is fully remote within the US East Coast or Europe with the occasional need for travel.
What you will do

Lead our work with existing customers for the Scaled segment (start-ups scale-ups mid-market)

Build the customer success motion and strategy for this segment by building on previous experience and applying creativity technology and strong problem-solving skills

Build a high performing team by attracting developing and retaining top talent

Own define track and report on team KPIs

Collaborate with other Customer Success leaders and functions within Enode including Sales Marketing and Product

Help Enode achieve its mission to accelerate the energy transitionance management for a world-class sales team together with revenue operations
About you
-
Leadership experience preferably from an early-stage start-up context
-
Experience from customer-facing function e.g. customer success sales or marketing
-
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute and “get shit done”
-
Commercial mindset
-
Creative “outside-the-box” thinker
-
Interest in cutting edge technology to serve customers better is an advantage
-
Bonus: Expert on API business models energy markets DERs and/or demand response
-
Must: Passion for our mission of accelerating the energy transition as well as empathy for the team and our customers.
