Head of Data Science

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD is preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Data Analysis.
• At least 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, with strong experience in data science, statistics, and visualization libraries.
• Strong experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; proficiency in BigQuery and other big data tools.
• Experience working with mobile app data.
• Strategic thinking ability with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions that add value to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the data strategy, ensuring the integration of data science and analytics across the organization.
• Collaborate with management and product teams to provide data-driven insights that support business decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the data team, coordinating projects and fostering continuous improvement of team capabilities.
• Work closely with business and engineering teams to integrate data solutions into business operations
