Head of Ecosystem (Web3)

Aethir is revolutionizing access to high-performance computing for AI enterprises. We're seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Ecosystem to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for cultivating a thriving ecosystem around Aethir's Enterprise AI solutions, fostering collaboration across Web2 and Web3 landscapes. You'll drive adoption of Aethir's AI compute offerings through strategic investments, innovative programs, and the development of a robust marketplace for AI and machine learning services.

About the Role:

You'll be a bridge builder, connecting Aethir with key players in the evolving AI ecosystem. You'll develop and implement strategies to attract and engage startups, established AI enterprises, and relevant players in the Web3 space. Through targeted investments (backed by Aethir’s Foundation), co-creation initiatives, and integration tool development, you'll create a network that propels the adoption of Aethir's high-performance GPUs for Enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute Aethir’s ecosystem strategy, with a focus on growing our DePIN, staking, and IaaS networks.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team focused on ecosystem growth, including partnerships, developer relations, and community engagement.
• Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as gaming developers, GPU infrastructure providers, validators, and Web3 partners.
• Staking & Token Economy: Oversee the design and management of staking programs and token incentives, ensuring alignment with ecosystem goals.
• Community Building & Developer Engagement: Drive developer participation and community engagement to foster application and service development on Aethir’s platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to align ecosystem initiatives with company goals and product development.
• Metrics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, such as user growth, staking participation, and token adoption, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Governance & Decentralization: Lead the development of decentralized governance structures and incentive mechanisms to promote active ecosystem participation.
• Representation & Advocacy: Represent Aethir at industry events, conferences, and within the broader Web3 community to strengthen ecosystem ties.

• Web3 & DePIN Expertise: Strong experience in Web3, DePIN, GPU infrastructure, and IaaS, with a solid understanding of token economies and decentralized governance.
• Managerial Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a team, with a proven track record in leading ecosystem development and partnership strategies.
• Staking & Tokenomics Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of staking mechanisms, token incentives, and decentralized governance structures.
• Partnership Development: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-value relationships with developers, partners, and validators.
• Leadership & Strategy: Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, capable of driving ecosystem growth and team success.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and GPU-based infrastructure solutions.
• Communication & Networking Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Global Mindset: Experience working across multiple time zones and managing global teams.
