Job Overview
Myyshop is a global e-commerce platform that helps creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs build and scale their online businesses. We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Head of Myyshop USA to lead brand partnerships and market growth while overseeing overall U.S. operations to drive sustainable revenue and market expansion.
Key Focus Areas
• Brand Partnerships & Growth– Identify, negotiate, and execute high-value collaborations with U.S.-based brands, influencers/KOLs, and supply chain partners to increase revenue and brand impact.
• Business Operations Management– Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring content creation, marketing, supply chain, and customer service functions work efficiently together.
• Cross-Cultural Leadership– Lead a diverse local team and collaborate closely with the global headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement brand partnership and growth strategies for the U.S. market.
• Build and maintain networks with brand clients, influencers/KOLs, and supply chain partners.
• Manage operational processes, budgets, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Establish a “content–user engagement–supply chain–operations” closed-loop model.
• Monitor U.S. market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to refine business strategies.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and maintain strategic alignment with the global team.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business operations, or e-commerce management; experience with cross-border or international projects preferred.
• Proven track record in P&L management and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, live streaming, short video platforms, and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams in fast-growing environments.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluent in English, capable of effectively collaborating with global teams.
