Position Overview:
The Head of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of BJAK. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all operational areas. This individual will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to production, supply chain management, quality assurance, and logistics.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to support operational needs and drive business success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
