Role Overview

As the Head of Product at Reality Defender, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining the product roadmap, and overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering innovative and successful products in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage a focused product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure efficient execution of the product roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development, conducting market research to inform decisions.
• Champion user-centric design, collaborating closely with the design team for intuitive experiences.
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.




About you




• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Proven Product Manager experience in technology with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as both an individual contributor and manager of small to mid-sized product teams.
• Deep understanding of software engineering agile product cycles.
• High level understanding of ML/DL.
• Familiar with the AI ecosystem, challenges and opportunities of building and training AI systems.
• Track record of bringing innovative products to market.
• Enjoy solving ambiguous and complex problems with data and research-oriented product iteration.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, balancing needs across research, engineering, and biz-dev teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience across startups and large company environments, demonstrating the ability to build products from the ground up.
• Go-getter mentality with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
