Your Mission 

You will be responsible for leading and scaling our SME track organization, driving product strategy, and ensuring successful execution across all product initiatives. Your role will be crucial in:

Leading and developing a team of ~10 Product Managers and Product marketing managers, including managers

Managing cross-functional roles (Product Marketing, potentially Data)

Defining and executing product strategy aligned with business objectives

Driving product maturity and optimization

Collaborating with key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success

Your Profile 

We're looking for a seasoned product leader who combines strong product management expertise with general management capabilities:

Must-Have Skills & Experiences

Strong experience in managing and coaching product teams

Strategic vision and business acumen, particularly in B2B SaaS

Track record of successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Strong understanding of SME market and business needs

Excellent UX sensibility and customer-centric approach

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have

Experience in international product expansion

Background in fintech or financial software

Experience with accounting/financial products
