Job Description

Who We Are

We are creators who live to be original.

For the past two decades, weโ€™ve been building a playground for the creation of original work. A place where a diverse collective of artists, thinkers and makers can express themselves, be bold, and experiment freely. A place where brands come to be authentic, challenge conformity and stand out from the crowd.

Weโ€™re not simply a design studio, production company, or visual effects house. Weโ€™re a modern creative company. We strategize, we ideate, we design, we create, we make. We go wherever our pursuit of originality takes us.

To be original requires a new school of thought. We are Brand New School.

  • Mentor and guide your individual team members on our most complex projects, and help them achieve their individual growth goals
  • Learning of all company protocols and ability to train new hires. You will have the opportunity to refine and author existing and new protocols
  • Collaborate with Talent Department to ensure our projects have the most appropriate artists, both staff and freelance
  • Participate in sales calls and in senior management meetings

  • Experience building and managing production departments of both staff and freelance hires
  • Ability to enforce deadlines and adhere to schedules while still facilitating the creative process
  • Willingness to both learn new production software and teach it to others
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
  • Excited about working and learning in a collaborative and creative environment
  • A bias for action. Ability to anticipate problems before they arise and devise realistic solutions to mitigate them
  • Proven ability to meet the creative challenges associated with producing exceptional work while satisfying the demands of clients

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance
  • One Medical account
  • Company sponsored continued education
