As the Head of Sportsbook Strategy & Innovation, your expertise will define the roadmap and strategy for our sportsbook and trading solutions. You’ll spearhead innovative projects, implement advanced automated systems, and monitor market trends to ensure our competitive edge. Working at the heart of a global team, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and operational excellence while driving key initiatives that directly impact revenue and business success.

Job Description

Your playing field:

• Strategic Leadership: You will design, implement, and maintain the sportsbook and trading strategy aligned with the company’s overarching vision.
• Innovative Solutions: Identify opportunities to create a groundbreaking sportsbook product and advanced trading automation tools.
• Market Insight: Monitor the competitive landscape, spotting trends and areas for improvement across product, technology, and services.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and prioritize internal bookmaking projects, managing roadmaps and collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships across departments and locations, ensuring cohesive execution of business strategies.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external service providers to support innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Economics, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in sportsbook management, with proven expertise in the sports betting industry.
• Skills: Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Outstanding relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Language: Fluent in English. German is a plus.
