Mission

We are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition who will ensure filling our job positions with the best fit candidates in a timely manner. We're results-oriented, and we don't take this lightly: you must have a strong appetite for success, want to grow and learn fast and motivate other team members to grow with you. 

Outcomes:

  1. Develop a hiring strategy in alignment with the executive team by analyzing and understanding the organization's objectives, such as expansion plans, revenue targets, or product launches, and how these objectives are tied to talent acquisition.
  2. Improve recruitment team capacity planning, tooling, and processes to achieve 100% of team hires timely, considering attrition.
  3. Increase hiring quality by improving the brand and raising the bar to hire A-players in line with most competitive remote companies.
  4. Personally filling at least 5 senior job positions per quarter: Leaders (Director, Head, VP level), Senior Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers.

 Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience leading a team in a fast-growing multinational IT business.
  • 8+ years of hiring experience.
  • Experience building and improving the recruiting process. 
  • Extensive background in fulfilling roles within Sales and Marketing.
  • Proficiency in sourcing: X-Ray search, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, job boards. 
  • Proficiency in cold outreach: great writing and verbal communication skills.
  • A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics.
  • Integrity and full commitment.

  • Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to breakthrough.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others.
