MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field preferred.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assists with gathering and documenting domain requirements

Supports departmental analysis of business workflows

Collaborates with domain stakeholders to understand requirements

Helps to build and maintain standard operational reports or dashboards under supervision

Documents processes, meeting notes, and maintain requirement traceability

Identifies basic trends and variances in domain performance metrics

Participates in improvement initiatives and domain analytics information system testing

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand healthcare terminology and system dependencies

Creates and distributes standard domain reports and basic dashboards using front end tools requirements

Attends and contributes to analytics community meetings

Maintains documentation of reporting processes and definitions

Ensures data quality and compliance with organizational policies

Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
