This role will have the ability to go remote after successfully completing training!
We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work between 8 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday and some weekends as needed
Pay Rate: $23 an Hour
Location: San Diego, CA
Attendance and ability to hit KPI's will be key in this role
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we value diverse communication skills in serving our clientele.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our computerized systems.
• Communicate clearly with customers, ensuring they understand the information provided.
• Utilize medical terminology when assisting customers in a medical office setting.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve overall satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6+ months of Call Center Experience
• Medicare, Hippa and or Grievance experience
