Your Role and Responsibilities
For this position, we are looking for a Consultant who will propose a variety of solutions to industry customers.

We are looking for a Consultant who understands the current situation and IT trends in the life sciences, hospital and medical information industry, and whose role is to identify projects, make proposals, acquire business, and contribute to delivery in IBM's IT service business (System Integration and IT consulting business)

Utilizing our network with academia that we have cultivated, consider new joint research and business models with pharmaceutical manufacturers, private companies in other industries, and government agencies.
Based on growth potential, opportunities available to lead a team, make proposals, and lead delivery, regardless of years of experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in consulting or project manager in the medical or pharmaceutical industry in Japan with a focus on analytics.
• Utilization of electronic records and receipts, from implementation to optimization, as well as analysis using structural and unstructured real-world data and open data, etc.
• Advanced business-level Japanese (read/write/speak) essential to perform duties and role

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience prime and large scale projects.
