The job entails a well qualified professional to take a lead role in implementing a marketing strategy that promotes a reputable medical practice, its physicians, services and facilities. Marketing Executive is responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the medical practice by creating and maintaining relationships through business planning and strategy development, referral analysis and forecasting, superior technical and clinical communication, building and refining key relationships across the market with the objective of maximizing market share. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Promotion of positive corporate image • Building and maintaining relationships with physicians and other health care organizations • Facilitating channels of communications with referring sources • Using every opportunity to excel in customer service • Develop, execute and manage integrated lead generation programs and campaigns • Collaborate in development of policies and programs that enhance corporate image and customer service • Commitment to professional growth by exceeding goals and expectations • Ensure alignment and consistency between corporate vision and all marketing efforts POSITION: MARKETING EXECUTIVE • Bachelor’s degree • 3 years business to business marketing; outside sales experience • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment • Organizational and planning skills • Appreciation for professional business environment • Computer proficiency in MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and various browser applications (Chrome, IE, etc.) Required Sales Skills: • Ability to present concepts of services • Ability to make cold calls • Ability to execute presentations to physicians with confidence and composure • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills Additional Preferred Requirements: • 3-5 years experience in medical marketing • Experience with Nevada health care market • Established networks • Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for marketing to referring providers within the health care market • Ability to use standard office equipment including copy/fax machine, laptop/computer and mobile devices • Skill in dealing with interpersonal issues and customer relations • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once with minimal supervision • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to organize and communicate clearly • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employer information Due to the nature of an outside marketing and sales position, travel in your vehicle can be up to 90%+ of each day. You must have the ability and appropriate credentials to drive in Nevada, show patience when waiting for key individuals to provide you with their time and be able to professionally interact with other healthcare providers and staff while at the client’s office site.
