Healthcare Security Officer shift 11pm-7am Saturday and Sunday *$15 an hour**

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor surveillance systems, patrol assigned areas, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise. RESPONSIBILITIES - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches - Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns - Enforce access control procedures, verifying identification and issuing visitor passes as necessary - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities REQUIREMENTS - Must possess a valid Class D Security License certification -Must possess an ACHA clearance or be able to obtain one - Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations in a professional manner - Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check - Prior experience in loss prevention or conflict management is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
