Heat Press Operator – Custom T-Shirt Production (Exp Req.)

Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-orientedHeat Press Operatorto join our production team. Your main responsibility will be operating our heat press machines to apply designs to t-shirts and other apparel — accurately, efficiently, and all day long. Key Responsibilities: • Operate heat press machines to produce high-quality printed apparel. • Follow production instructions and quality standards for each order. • Inspect finished products for accuracy, alignment, and quality. • Prepare garments for pressing (positioning transfers, pre-pressing, etc.). • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment when needed. Qualifications: • Experience operating a heat press machine isrequired. • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Basic understanding of garment printing processes (DTF, vinyl, sublimation, etc.) is a plus.
