Heating and Air Conditioning Lead Installer-Residential

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, along with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role requires hands-on experience in various installation tasks, including unitary heating air conditioning systems, ductless mini splits, and equipment repair. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion. • Lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process. • Review job folders to execute installation plans accurately. • Perform installations of HVAC systems • Conduct fire off to ensure optimal performance. • Collaborate with field supervisor to address any issues that arise during installations. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any necessary repairs or replacements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all installation processes. Qualifications • Proven 2 year, as a lead installer experience in HVAC installation is essential. • Strong skills in equipment install, troubleshooting, refrigeration, and building related systems. • Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively. • Experience as a van driver for transporting equipment and materials to job sites is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various field settings. • A valid driver's license is required.
