Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician

We are seeking candidates with experience in repair and general maintenance of residential HVAC equipment. This equipment includes all major brands of gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, thermostats and controls. Majority will be ductless heatpumps 95% of our business is done in the city of Seattle* These are full-time positions, shifts start at 7am*, Monday through Friday. If you live outside Seattle, please factor these times into your commute! Skills required (for experienced technician and expectations of intern training outcome): o Expertise in the installation of HVAC equipment, especially on ductless heat pumps. o Ability to diagnose problems with HVAC equipment and trouble shoot solutions o Capacity to replace or repair equipment or parts on any HVAC system. o Able to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment o Ability to working independently or within a team o Has history of effectively communicating with your team, management and customers. o Has high value of customer service & friendly presence within customer’s homes. Individual requirements: o Valid driver's license and clean driving record. o Basic personal tools o Honest, pleasant character. o Punctual, responsible and personally accountable.
