Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Overview We're a small and growing HVAC company looking for an experienced and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units. Technician should take pride in work and work both independently and as a leader. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC units to ensure proper functionality. • Troubleshoot issues related to refrigerant levels, electrical components, and mechanical parts. • Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Provide exceptional service to our clients while adhering to safety standards and regulations. • Provide field service support by responding promptly to service calls and customer inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. • Follow safety protocols while working with refrigerants and electrical systems. Skills • Proficient in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. • Strong knowledge of equipment repair processes related to HVAC systems. • Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful to team members and clients. • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely in the field service environment. • Familiarity with welding techniques for metal repairs is advantageous. • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
