Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and repair skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent customer service. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential & commercial HVAC systems throughout the Las Vegas area. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC equipment • Install, replace, and service components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and recommendations • Provide accurate service reports and documentation • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order • Ensure all work meets Company's quality standards and safety requirements Qualifications: • 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred • EPA 608 Certification (Required) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Benefits: • Company vehicle • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid holidays and vacation time • Opportunities for overtime and performance bonuses • Ongoing training and career growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.69 - $35.75 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
