Help Desk Support

Honkamp, P.C., a top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm is seeking an IT professional to join our team as help desk support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing software support for Windows, Office, and industry specific software
• Assisting with hardware support, such as new installations of PCs, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Training new employees on logins, network drives, and other IT related items

The ideal candidate:

We're seeking an individual that is a motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software programs
