Helper/Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position is essential for supporting various tasks across different projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and willing to learn new skills while contributing to a positive work environment. Duties • Assist skilled tradespeople in the completion of tasks and projects. • Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. • Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles. • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflow. Qualifications • Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. • A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
