Hem/Onc Physician Director | Myrtle Beach SC | 700K Salary Guarantee

A top ranked Health System on the South Carolina coast is actively recruiting an experienced Oncologist to serve as the Physician Director of their growing Cancer Care service line. Lead the Oncology team of 4 physicians and 3 APP's.

Practice Specifics:
• Primarily a clinical role with an 80/20 split between clinical and leadership duties
• Cancer Center is an affiliate of the Duke Cancer Network, giving you access to advanced research, clinical trials, and nationally recognized best practices.
• 40% Oncology | 60% Hematology seeing 15-20 patients in a full day
• Physician will have a team consisting of their own clinic support staff, an APP, and a robust specialized oncology nursing team.

Compensation:
• 75% salary of 700K plus bonus potential
• 50K Sign on bonus
