HES Project Coordinator

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Import, review, assign and export sites in E+ for Rise and applicable Rise on Cape projects
• Review documentation for audit projects to determine if paperwork and resulting by the HES is sufficient for invoicing.
• Manually invoice all Rise and Rise on Cape audit and return visit projects.
• Reconcile API fails for Abode and CLEAResult.
• Follow up with vendors on missing sites and other invoicing anomalies.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient in E+, Uplight, Doc Repo and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of the required program documentations and requisites for VEA and HEA assessments including ISMs, disclosures and waivers required for invoice processing for all Lead Vendors.
• Determine what projects can move forward and which need corrective action.
• Able to work autonomously with little supervision.

Education or License Requirements:

• High school diploma required, some college or vocation school preferred.
• HES training preferrable but not required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities, but does require some coaching and support to Home Energy Specialists in reconciling any of their project fails.

Remote admin work

Physical Demands:

This is a sedentary job which requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a keyboard and mouse, and looking at a computer screen.
