High-End Luxury Retail Security Officer Position:Unarmed Security Officer Location:King of Prussia, PA Schedule:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm / Weekends as needed Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour Requirements: Ability to stand for 8+ hours (standing position) High-End luxury retail security experience High Integrity Punctuality Excellent work ethic Position Details and Requirements: Monitors entrance and exit points Communicates in a professional manner Must have 2+ years of High End Security Experience Respond to incidents in a calm manner Providing high level of customer service Detailed in report writing Complete daily logs of client merchandise to reconcile end of day Greet clients as they enter and exit the store Ability to interact with the public in a professional manner Interpersonal skill set must be strong Must be able to stand 8+ hours Utilize a sense of urgency to respond to all emergency situations and monitor daily activity on site to ensure policies and procedures are maintained Must possess high integrity, punctuality, great work ethic Additional Responsibilities: • Detects suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client or employees at the site • Act professionally, courteously, and effectively with the public. • Reports all incidents, accidents or medical emergencies. • Understands successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations. • Carry out oral and written instructions. • Implement safety precautions. • General security functions as needed. Additional Requirements: • Graduated from an accredited high school or possess a GED equivalent. • Must have reliable transportation. • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently. • Ability to read and understand and apply printed rules and detailed orders. • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Possess a valid driver’s license ( if in a driving assignment only) • Willing to participate in St. Moritz pre-employment process which may include drug testing, full background investigation and MVR check (driving positions only).
