High End Residential Cabinet/Millwork Installer - 3 yrs Experience Required

About us The Shop Fine Millwork is a premier manufacturer focused on high end, luxury residential cabinetry and millwork in the Austin and surrounding markers. We are looking for a detail oriented, quality driven installer that can lead a small crew working on some of the best builds in town. This position is for a full time employee. As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for - Full layout of elevation prior to installation per shop drawings - Shimming of walls as necessary - Installation of cabinets to exacting tolerances - Installation of wall paneling - Installation of associated standing/running trims - Installation of interior doors / pocket doors integrated into millwork elevations - Assist in unloading of deliveries - Cleanliness/organization of materials onsite - Daily cleanup of jobsite work areas - Other duties as required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years experience in cabinet, trim or millwork installation on a high end level - Excellent Communication skills - Ability to understand site conditions and solve problems - Ability to read and comprehend shop drawings and architectural drawings - Proficiency with standard hand and power tools – drills, miter saw, table saw, etc - Proficiency with specialty tools – laser levels/measuring, track saws, routers, etc - Attention to detail and quality - Ability to work well with and lead others and be part of team - Physical fitness, including but not limited to being able to lift 50+ lbs - Reliable transportation Work Hours - Monday – Friday - Typically 7:00 AM – 3:45PM but can vary by jobsite - Additional overtime only as required Starting pay based on experience Benefits not available to subcontractors Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
