• Supports the R&D Manager in the preparation and developing of the R&D plan.
• Conduct basic electric and magnetic field analysis.
• Perform advanced thermal and mechanical analysis.
• Participate in the development and introduction of new products and technologies, including project gate reviews.
• Contribute to the development of technical standards for engineering and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with the International R&D Team on specific projects and participate in international standard committees.
• Support cost and quality root cause analysis projects.
• Exercise judgment and propose innovative solutions to complex manufacturing processes, utilizing technical expertise and analytical thinking.
• Leverage multiple internal and limited external resources to make informed decisions.
