High Voltage Field Supervisor

As a High Voltage Field Electrical Supervisor, you will lead specialized crews, solve challenges in real time, and ensure our renewable energy projects are delivered with uncompromising safety, technical precision, and professional excellence. Key Responsibilities • Direct and coordinate daily activities on high-voltage renewable energy projects, including substations, transformers, switchgear, and transmission systems. • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, technical specifications, and project timelines. • Lead, mentor, and develop junior technicians, engineers-in-training, and apprentices in both technical skills and leadership. • Serve as the primary on-site contact, collaborating with project managers, engineers, utility representatives, and clients. • Manage resource planning, documentation, and readiness of test equipment, tools, and materials. • Provide technical oversight for installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medium/high-voltage systems in wind, solar, and battery storage projects. What We’re Looking For • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in industrial, utility, or renewable energy high-voltage work; supervisory experience preferred. • Certification/License: Journeyperson, EIT, CET, or P.Eng preferred; Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license an asset. • Strong working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NESC, NEC, and IEEE standards. • Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and make decisions under pressure. • Willingness to travel extensively across the USA and work in varied outdoor conditions.
