Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service sales and tailoring needs to join our team. ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE IN CLOTHING. Duties • Greet customers warmly and assist them with tailoring needs or buying mens tailored clothing. • Provide product information, answer questions, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. • Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability. • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution. • responding to customer calls or inquiries.
