Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. • Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. • Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Requirements • 1+ years of experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, housekeeping management, or hotel cleaning is preferred. • Proficiency in the English Language. • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques for various surfaces. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. • Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions closely. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and time management skills.
