Job Title:Energy Auditor – FOR Energy (Phoenix, AZ) Compensation:$20 per hour + mileage reimbursement (guaranteed 40 hours weekly, no overtime) potential monthly performance bonus Company Overview: FOR Energy is one of Arizona’s top-rated home energy efficiency companies. We help homeowners make their homes more comfortable, efficient, and environmentally friendly by improving insulation, air sealing, duct performance, window replacement and overall energy usage. We’re growing fast and are looking for motivated Energy Auditors to join our Phoenix team. Position Summary: The Energy Auditor is responsible for performing in-home energy assessments, identifying energy efficiency opportunities, and documenting findings that help homeowners save energy and money. This position combines fieldwork, customer interaction, and technical evaluation skills. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-home energy audits and inspections for residential customers • Evaluate insulation, HVAC systems, duct leakage, air sealing, and attic performance • Collect data, take photos, and document findings in accordance with company standards • Explain audit results and recommendations clearly to homeowners • Coordinate with installation, sales, and customer service teams • Passing out marketing flyers on homes • Maintain a professional appearance and represent FOR Energy in a positive manner Compensation & Benefits: • $20.00 per hour base pay • Guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week, regardless of actual hours worked (no overtime) • Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS Standard Mileage Rate • Health and dental insurance eligibility after 90 days of full-time employment • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual begins after 90 days — up to 1 week in the first year, then follows company policy • Performance bonuses available based on audit quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency metrics • Steady full-time schedule: Monday through Saturday (Will have 2 days off a week and (1) 3 day weekend a month)) Qualifications: • Reliable personal vehicle in good condition (required; mileage reimbursed) • Valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Ability to climb ladders, get on customers roofs if required to access HVAC equipment and inspect attics and/or crawl spaces • Prior experience in energy auditing, HVAC, insulation, home performance, or construction preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Why Join FOR Energy: • Be part of a growing company with a mission to improve home comfort and reduce energy waste • Consistent full-time pay and opportunities for performance bonuses • Work independently in the field with strong team support • Scheduled 3 day weekend every month • Paid training and advancement opportunities within Arizona’s energy efficiency industry Schedule: • Full-time • Monday to Saturday (daytime and nighttime) • Evening and Saturdays are required Work Location: Primarily field-based within the Phoenix metro area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Experience in attics and understanding of home efficiency?
