We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Home Health Marketer to join our growing team and help expand our presence in the community. Position Summary: The Home Health Marketer is responsible for building relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and case managers. This individual will promote our services, identify new business opportunities, and increase patient referrals by effectively communicating our mission and value. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners • Identify and pursue new referral sources in assigned territory • Plan and conduct marketing visits, in-services, and presentations • Monitor referral trends and adjust strategies to meet goals • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction • Track and report marketing activities and results to management • Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare (required) • Strong knowledge of Medicare home health services and referral processes • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally We Offer: • Competitive salary + commission • Mileage reimbursement • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Supportive and collaborative work environment Join Us: If you're passionate about making a difference and have a talent for connecting with people, we want to hear from you.
