Home Health RN (FULLTIME or PER DIEM) Advantage Health Systems –San Diego, CA We are currently in need ofRN FOR HOME HEALTHto provide quality patient care. PAY RANGE: • SOC/ROC/Recert - $110 to $130/visit • Eval - $70 to $75/visit • Routine/Discharge - $60 to $65/visit • Office - $40 to $50/hr BENEFITS: • Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance • 401(K) + 401(K) Matching up to 3% *Only applicable to fulltime employees* REQUIRED LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS FOR RN: • Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of California • CPR (BLS) • CA Driver’s License QUALIFICATIONS FOR RN: • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of California • Registered nurses shall have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional nurse within the last three (3) years • Self directed and able to work with minimal supervision. • Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications; nursing skills per competency checklist. • Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently. • Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and/or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills. • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
