Assignment Details: • Start Date:September 1, 2025 • End Date:December 31, 2025 • Schedule:Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (flexible) • Setting:Home Infusion Pharmacy Key Responsibilities: • Practice pharmacy ethically and in compliance withcompany policies,state and federal regulations,professional standards, andaccrediting bodies • Interpret lab resultsand conductpharmacokinetic dosing • Perform accurateprescription order entry, ensuring all medications are compatible, stable, properly concentrated, and stored • Support sterile compounding operations as needed Requirements: • Clear and active Texas Pharmacist license • 2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience • Home infusion experience strongly preferred • Must be available for the full assignment duration Join a patient-focused infusion pharmacy team and make a difference this fall!
