As part of our growing team, you’ll represent LeafGuard’s patented, clog-free gutter systems while delivering customized, consultative service to every homeowner you meet.
We specialize in redefining how brands connect with their customers through strategic communications and in-person outreach. We focus on building meaningful relationships that drive visibility, customer loyalty, and product success. With consumer demand growing rapidly, we’re seeking a Home Improvement Customer Service Representative to support our campaign with LeafGuard.
What You’ll Do:
• Represent LeafGuard’s innovative gutter solutions through residential outreach activities
• Educate homeowners on LeafGuard’s one-piece, debris-shedding design and its lifetime clog-free guarantee
• Deliver engaging product presentations and clearly explain the long-term value of the LeafGuard system
• Assess customer needs and offer tailored recommendations to protect their homes from water damage
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while managing inquiries, concerns, and installation scheduling support
• Track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support the sales pipeline through clear communication
• Collaborate with team members and LeafGuard representatives to continuously improve customer engagement strategies
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role (retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Confident, clear communicator who can build trust and connect with a variety of personalities
• Passion for helping homeowners find the right solutions to improve and protect their properties
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to learn product features and communicate value with confidence
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment (some local travel may be required)
