We're seeking a dynamicHome Show / Customer Care Representativeto be the friendly face of our growing company at home shows, retail events, and community expos throughout the Bay Area. This exciting customer-facing role combines lead generation, appointment setting, and providing world-class support to homeowners beginning their renovation journey. What You'll Do · Event & Show Representation: · Be our brand ambassador at home shows, expos, and community events. · Engage with attendees, highlight our premium window and bath solutions, and schedule complimentary in-home design consultations. · Create memorable first impressions that turn curious visitors into excited customers. Customer Care Excellence · Provide outstanding phone and in-person support to prospective and existing customers. · Answer questions with enthusiasm and ability, guiding homeowners through their first renovation decisions. · Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Team Collaboration · Maintain professional, welcoming event displays and booth presentations. · Track and report lead activity to our marketing and scheduling teams. · Work alongside our high-energy, supportive team of professionals. What We're Looking For Essential Qualities · Outgoing, confident personality with exceptional communication skills · Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow. · Comfortable working weekends and traveling to events within the SF Bay Area · Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light displays (up to 25 lbs.) · Genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences. Preferred Experience: · Customer service or sales background (we'll develop the right attitude!) · Social media savvy and tech-comfortable · Prior trade show or event experience preferred.
