Hospital Medicine - Days

St. Peters Health Partners is seeking additional Hospitalists to join the Ellis Hospital Medicine team in Schenectady, NY. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Day Shifts: 7am-7pm, 7 on/7 off
• Closed ICU
• Team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners

RESPONSIBILITILES:

Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine;
• Active NYS license and DEA;
• New graduates are welcome to apply;
