An independent, well-resourced Critical Access Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist to join its collaborative care team. With a flexible schedule, state-of-the-art facilities, and experienced support staff, this opportunity offers the best of both worldsrewarding practice and quality of life.

Position Overview
•  Daytime schedule: 7 AM - 7 PM.
•  Flexible block schedule (7-on/7-off) tailored to your lifestyle.
•  Manageable patient load with average census of 11.
•  EICU partnership with the University of Wisconsin for 24/7 specialist support.
•  Full-service, around-the-clock diagnostics: Lab, X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, DEXA, EKG, Respiratory Therapy.
•  Open to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians with pediatric experience.

Compensation & Benefits
•  Guaranteed salary $350K+, plus performance bonuses
