Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and excellence in service. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. • Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort. • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. • Assist with laundry services as required. • Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles preferred. • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care methods. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Good communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality. • Experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus. • Housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required.
