Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry services to meet client needs. • Manage custodial duties efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols and safety standards. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. • Maintain an organized supply inventory and report any equipment or supply needs to management. • Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Skills • 1+ year of residential or commercial cleaning experience • Proficiency in residential and commercial cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care. • Strong custodial skills with an understanding of housekeeping management practices. • Ability to perform laundry duties effectively while ensuring garments are treated appropriately. • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and respond to their needs promptly. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the overall client experience.
