House Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for client use. • Execute carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains and maintain carpet integrity. • Assist with custodial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and presentable. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. • Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Skills • Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. • Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and products. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames. • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently. • Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is a plus. • Previous experience in hospitality settings such as hotels is beneficial but not required.
