House Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Looking for someone who is an obsessive detail cleaner. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring that every space is spotless and welcoming. If you have experience in custodial work, housekeeping management, or commercial cleaning, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes as needed. • Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all areas are clean and safe. • Ensure kitchens are sanitized by cleaning countertops, appliances, and sinks; assist with cooking tasks when required. • Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. • Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials. • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds. • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. • A willingness to learn new cleaning methods and adapt to different environments as needed.
