Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. • Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism. • Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring sanitation standards are met consistently. • Assist with cooking duties when required, following specific dietary guidelines or client requests. • Utilize janitorial experience to handle various cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. • Support housekeeping management by following established cleaning protocols and schedules. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements • Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles; custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and team members. • Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in cooking is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
