House Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a combination of cleaning expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. • Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. • Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities. • Assist with any additional tasks as requested by clients or management to enhance their overall experience. Requirements • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques. • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and supplies used for effective floor care and sanitation. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes. • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every cleaning assignment. • Previous janitorial or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
