House Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes. • Provide carpet cleaning services as needed to maintain the quality of carpets in homes and businesses. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. • Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules and timelines. • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after each job. • Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client inquiries. Qualifications • Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not required. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques, including carpet cleaning methods. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent time management skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
