Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is essential in upholding our high standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of all common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment. • Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required. • Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products in common area restrooms and public areas. • Help keep our community clean by regularly emptying trash bins and ensuring waste is properly disposed of • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Adhere to all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Collaborate with Management staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Experience • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus. • Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices is beneficial. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Experience in housekeeping management is an advantage but not required.
