Job Title:Housekeeper Company:The Finger Companies Property:Colony Oaks Pay Rate:$17.00/hour Closing Occupancy Bonus (paid monthly) Retention Bonus (paid monthly) Position Overview: As a Housekeeper at Colony Oaks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout our apartment buildings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents feel proud to call our property their home. Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and elevators. • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas. • Clean and sanitize the fitness center, and other shared facilities. • Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including handrails, doorknobs, and light switches. • Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed. • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new residents. • Report maintenance issues or damages to the property management team. Requirements: • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred. • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment. • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
