Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for various cleaning tasks that uphold our high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. • Maintain floor care by ensuring all flooring is clean and well-kept. • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards of hospitality. • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. • Follow established housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Participate in special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and industrial cleaning tasks. Qualifications • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items when necessary.
