Housekeeper

We're currently looking for housekeepers with a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and a love for working with residents in an LTC setting. If you fit this description, we’d love for you to join our team! Housekeepers are an integral part of our team, helping to change the lives of our residents lives. As a housekeeper you will perform the following job duties: • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc. • Ensure the cleanliness/sanitization of assigned areas by mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying trashcans, etc. • Promptly responds to emergency patient/resident situations, notifying immediate supervisor as required • Function as an effective member of the team by completing assignments in a timely manner. Be an effective team member by creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the facility. Job Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping/ environmental services is preferred • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required
